Hi, This is my first post. The situation is I just purchased a certified pre-owned A8 and traded in my A6. I love the A8. Still getting use to it and all the new toys. Anyway, I forgot I had an unused Audi Care service contract on the A6 and have asked Audi if they could credit the value of that contract towards one on the A8. Of course I would pay the difference. On my first interaction with them the answer came back no. But that just doesn’t seem right so I am going to pursue it farther. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks, Rick
