Does this wheels will fit my A8 D3 ?
generally, yes. The backset (offset) is a little thin, so you may have clearance issues, expecially if you've upgraded your brakes with a BBK (big-brake-kit). Spacers are relatively cheap, however, if they don't clear. The factory offset (einpresstiefe, or ET, in the listing) for most all Audi's is: 42. My current wheels are only 35 and I've got no clearance worries. 29 is about 1/8th-inch-ish different than 35. Still, to be safe, I'd explore the availability of a 10mm spacer (at 112 bolt-circle) to go along with my *new* wheels, if I were you.
