K, do me a fave, check 2 C if U hav a button, a few over from the right-most acessories button. It'll have a pictograph of a seat on it. If it's there, push and hold it. If your rear headrest IS raised, that will lower it.

No seat pictograph. I've got a parktronic button, then the electronic shade, ESP, Hazards, cup holder..... No rear seat headrest button. Looked at them earlier today and it does not seem to have any other movement than sliding up and down the two metal shafts. I think MB's actually come forward towards the inside of the cabin to free up the view in the rear. This would be the only way an electronic headrest lower-er would be worthwhile in the A8 as the rear headrest are enormous! Our A8 does not have this feature...
