There is no mfg kit for this as it is not offered for the 2014 model.

Has anyone installed power rear seats in a 2014 A8?

Any hints/tips/referrals are greatly appreciated.

Realizing this is an old post, if you didn't resolve your search for seat parts, maybe you can now? I have a production 2014 A8L TDI with power/massage rear seats so maybe when you were looking, parts were not "out there" yet. Could be worth another search if you're still in market!
