Default Mineral Oil Foot Wash

Hey guys,
New to the forum and love it!!! Great community !!! I have a 97 A8 4.2 Quattro which I've owned for about 3 weeks now. Already replaced MAF and CTS and found that the fuel pump is bad. OBD said MAF and I replaced the CTS for good measure, so I'm waiting for the new pump to get here so I can drive her. I miss her already...awesome car! Was hoping someone out there may shed some light on another problem. I removed my driver side floor mat and found power steering fluid (Pentocin) soaking the bottom of the mat. My fluid level is a bit down so it's obvious I have a leak. I've read the forum on this issue and checked all the usual suspects, loose hoses, tank fittings etc. Thereare signs of oil on the undercarraige below the drivers feet but nowhere else. Boots are even dry. Is there a possibility that the steering column is leaking in the interior? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks All.
