Whenever it is below 15 degrees (which is almost everyday this winter) I have a strange noise coming from somewhere in the front of my car whenever I go over a bump that is significant enough to make the body of the car go up and down (speed bumps, parking ramps, but not potholes or road cracks). The noise is not a squeak or a rattle. It almost sounds as if there's a case of golf ***** next to the firewall. Could this just be a frozen wire harness? Or something more serious. Anyone else experience this?
