Default Rear seat belts

Hey there all, newbie here. I've searched everywhere on here and can't find anything on this subject. Anyway, I have a 98 and noticed that even tho I have two shoulder belts and a lap belt for the rear seat, I only have two female ends to clip them in to. I even removed my rear seat to see if the third one got pushed down, but it's not there. Is there supposed to be a third? I regularly drive people around to look at homes but I can only "legally" carry three passengers. Any help is much appreciated.

There should be three belt buckles there, someone must have removed it.

That's what I figured. Why the heck would someone remove it? Never mind, why do people do half the things they do? Guess it's off to the bone yard.
