I have to replace my rims as on our trip from Florida last week we developed a leak (thought it was a nail) it turned out to be a cracked rim inside rim bead. Tire place swaped tires with the almost torn up spare and when he went to balance it that rim was severly warped, so needless to say I am in the market for a set of 4 19" to replace anyone have any recommendations or sites to go to?

I have already scanned ebay.

Also only reson for staying with 19" is I hve a new set of Michelins ready to go on.

I was also curious as to how the tire monitors get swapped out, I assume that I can re-use the current ones am I correct?

Support your site vendors. Maybe you can ge someone to post a group buy. Otherwise I'd check the Audizine classifieds or maybe quattroworld both seem to have a decent amount of options. GL!
