Angry 21" Wheels rides poorly

I recently purchased a 2018 SQ5. I was encouraged to purchase this vehicle by the salesman. Anyway I am unhappy with the ride quality after day 1. Unfortunately the dealer offered nothing to help me with this problem. I since discovered that the larger wheel summer tire option was a poor choice especially for winter roads. I am considering downgrading my wheel and tires to all season. What size wheel will work with my car to give me a decent ride? Will 20" wheels make a big difference or should I go smaller? I appreciate any help as my dealer offers no advice.

Yeah... the 21" wheel does not offer many tire options. On tirerack.com I saw a few all season options for this specific size but it is pretty disappointing that Audi is using this set up on a car that should be headed for any type of weather yet has a summer performance tire installed.

Some Sq5's did come with a 20" wheel and there are a million options. I'd almost just sell the 21's and get the 20's
