Hi All, I just bought a previously owned Q3 (so another opener has previously been programmed). Having a hell of a time setting up my garage door opener. Nothing in the worthless owners manual. Tried 3 videos from youtube..no luck. Can someone reply with step by step directions please. I'm pulling my hair out! Thanks so much!

Are you trying to perform the HomeLink setup? If it's not working by simply trying to learn the command from your garage remote, you may need to press the button on the garage door motor panel that places it into learn mode so your car can learn the rolling code frequency.
