Looking for an aftermarket navigation system that replaces the existing in dash screen yet still keeps the same functionality for radio/computer/heating/ac controls.

Is this something I should be going to the dealer for or can I purchase one of the devices I am finding like this link.

It seems pretty sketchy to me and I don't want to spend money on something that isn't supported.
