I have had my sights set on an Audi and a Q5 in particular for a very long time. I was ready to take the plunge and I was even negotiating with dealers and all of that, but now I have a couple of my friends telling me about people that they know who have had experiences with Audi and not particularly enjoying their service records.

I know most of you are most likely Audi enthusiasts; so please get rid of my doubt and talk me into taking the plunge on the 2013 Audi Q5.
