Has anybody moved to a state that requires a license plate or just wanted to add a personal plate on the front bumper and had to remove the blank trim plate off and replace with the license plate trim plate?

If so, do you have the dark gray blank plate in your garage that you don't know what to do with it? Would you like to get rid of it?

The paint is peeling off of mine on my 2011 Q5. I guess it is the high rates of speed I like traveling in.

If not, all suggestions on how to paint it and still look nice appreciate.

BTW, how do you get the old one off to install a new(er) one?
