does any1 know if the 2010 audi Q7 headlights fit on a 2009 Q7?

 

I have an 09 Q7 and have been looking into the same thing. Physically they will fit but the wiring and amount of power used are different. LED's don't use as much power, obviously. You will need to look into whether or not you will need to put resisters on, I don't think they're plug and play. I haven't seen any OEM headlights to purchase after market and Audi has not written me or answered any of my questions re: if I can buy the lights from them.
