Default 23 Q7 side mirror repair/replace

Unfortunately had an accident with our 2023 Q7 and the passenger side mirror was snapped at the “hinge” (where it folds in) today. I was able to open up the housing halfway (I need a skinny t-10 torx driver to get one of the screws out to open it all the way) and I can see at least one piece at the hinge is snapped off (will get pics soon). I’m guessing the whole module will need to be replaced but any input on buying/replacing the internal parts and/or a walkthrough on removing/replacing the module would be super helpful. I found the below YouTube video which was helpful to get a first look but I can’t understand the language so not sure what size the larger Torx screw holding the module to the door is as well as what it would need to be torqued to for installing a new unit. Thank you!

Edit in case someone else is in the same situation: so I ended up taking the whole unit apart and using a machine screw/washer setup to fix it. I blew it and didn’t record/video but at a high level, the metal “rod” coming out of the metal bottom piece (that attaches to the door/doesn’t rotate) had snapped. I tried using JB Weld to secure it but the stock attachment system is spring loaded and the epoxy wouldn’t hold up to the upwards spring force. I ended up using a 5/16-4” machine screw that fit perfectly into the hole at the bottom of the bottom/metal piece and allowed me to use a series of washers and nylon nut on the top to reattach the two sections (I kept the metal “rod” in place but couldn’t secure it again) and restored the power folding. I had to cut off the top part of the bolt and push the washers as far back (away from the front edge) as I could to get the top plastic cover to fit but so far, so good! Ping me if anyone runs into the same situation and I can provide some tips. It’s not excessively hard, just expect to spend the better part of a day on the removal/tear down/fix/reinstall with a lot of cursing when you try to re-thread the connector for the main cable through the door (you’ll know what i mean). The video I linked was a god send for removing and reinstalling the mirror and the main bolt holding it on is a Torx T-50. The guide says 12nm of torque but you won’t be able to torque it too hard - it hits a limit against the door.
