Question Changing original 18" wheels and tires to 20"

I need some help I recently bought an audi q7 2007 4.2 premium a couple of months ago so Im new to all this. I want to replace the 18" wheels and tires and go with 20" does anybody have any suggestions on what wheel and tire size I should go with? I was looking at 275/45/20 with oem rims with an offset of 50 would these fit?

Sorry for the late response -- probably, you've already done this. The OEM tire size for 20s is 275/45R20. I think someone suggested 295/40R20 was doable, and some people on other forums have gone with 295/45/R20. I think the offset might be 55 for 275/45R20, but don't recall at the moment.
