Did you know that... Audi Q7 was...
This is very interesting...

AMI was also available on the 2007Audi A8. Not sure of the timing of them putting it in the production line. It was late in the Model year for the Q7 -- Approximately November 2006 build. My 2007 A8 also has the AMI (iPod) feature. When I went to the Apple store with questions, the sales folks never knew of the AMI interface and were suprised it was built into the Audi's. Not sure which came first or whether they were the same timeI thought Side Assist was something I didn't need.... it saved me a couple of times from cutting someone I didn't see off... or not realizing how fast someone was approaching.
