Still waiting for my Q7 S Line to arrive and was reading about how sensitive the MMI is to water damage from the front console cup holder(s). Is this still an issue in newer Q7s (2014) or had Audi fixed the problem by either making the innards of the MMI more water resistant? Seems it was a big issue with 2008-2010 but I can't find anybody complaining about the issue after that date.
Also, does anyone have any recommendations for cup holders (aftermarket) that would diminish the risk of getting liquids on the MMI?
