Default Q7 S Line salvage/parts

I recently purchased a 2013 Q7 S-Line with Bang & Olufsen sound package, Prestige trim with all options and perfect CarFax indicating one owner and all maintenance done by Audi dealership. While under 30 day tag, teenager in another vehicle decided to make a left turn from the right lane across 3 lanes of traffic and I could not avoid hitting him. My vehicle was damaged in front on passenger side where impact occurred. I think the car may be a total loss due to the expense of parts and, if so, the insurance company will allow me to keep the car for a reduction of a few hundred bucks in the settlement. I know the tires are new and cost $400 each and I'm wondering if I should try to salvage parts from the car or simply let it go. I know I can sell it to the local yard for $400 once I take whatever I want off of it. Never done anything like this so looking for input.

Thanks.

do you still have parts available? I'd love to switch to B&O and more....
