Thumbs down *WARNING* Osir doesnt care about us

I wanted to let everyone know about my less than satisfactory experience with the main guy over at Osir. I recently had a little extra cash in mt pay pal account, and bought the osir V2 key fob buttons.
http://www.osirusa.com/mm5/merchant....ry_Code=TTM1OA
When i got my package, I noticed that there was one metal button cover and one carbon fiber button cover, and only 1 rubber button...? well, since i have 2 keys, i thought I would use both of them, and just order another rubber button...right? So I call ttstuff (authorized dealer for Osir), and explain the situation. I was then told "sorry, you'll have to spend another $31 to buy another complete set..." WTF?!?! So as if paying $31 wasn't extreme enough, now I have to pay AGAIN for just a little rubber button...? it hardly seemed fare, So I asked for Osir contact info to see if I could work something out. The following are the email correspondence from Riso Woo from Osir. Judging by his name, He is the main man that makes all the rules/decisions.

Hello, I recently ordered a set of the Cf key fob buttons with the dark chrome included.
http://www.osirusa.com/mm5/merchant....gory_Code=OAZR I would like to get a second rubber button so that I can replace both of my key buttons. unfortunately, the set only comes with 1 rubber button. I would like to order a second one. please let me know how to go about this. I contacted TTstuff, and they were unable to help. please help.

Thanks,
Eric

Hi Eric,

The ZERO V3 comes with only one button and we don't sell the button separately. You will need to get another set for extra button.

(my response)
That's not right. For $31, I should be able to do both of them. Telling me I have to buy another pair isn't fair to the consumer. I have 2 keys and they both need to be covered. I don't have a problem buying another button. Please make an exception.

Thanks,
Eric

I never recieved a response to my last email to him, which leads me to believe that HE DOESNT CARE ABOUT OUR COMMUNITY!
Now Im not saying boycott Osir. But I will say this.. If I need anything CF for my TT, Im going to have it made by someone that cares about me as a customer, and appreciates my business. Do what you will with this information, but buyer beware.

BTW, I sent the buttons back because they didnt even fit/stay on my key fob.

I will be posting this thread on all of the appropriate forums, As well as sending Mr. Woo a link to all of this so he can see what treating the community like crap will do for you.

Heres my last email to him

So by your failure to respond to my emails, you have basically told me that YOU DONT CARE about the tuning community. I find this to be unacceptable customer service, and have decided to share my experience with the tuning community, The following are links to threads I have posted in our community about your HORRIBLE customer service. You cant even respond to my email.....? Thats no way to do business. Your lack of concern and greedy nature have EARNED you this..

As you can see, as a member of the tuning community we have recourse to take action against the tight fisted BS you call business. Ball's in your court. You should have done the right thing from the very begining, but then how would you have known you were dealing with someone who wasnt going to take it lieing down. Guess you learn something new everyday.

Good day,
No longer your customer
