If it weren't for asteriks, this probably wouldn't post.

It's bad enough I have to do a timing belt over haul. Not to mention that my Cruise Control crapped out (well, who needs that anyway) There goes MOD money, so what happens? I work on a weekend, skip lunch, get out of work and grab a bite to eat (okay maybe a beer or two too) I come back and there's 3 new shopping cart dents on my passenger side door! WTF?

Lesson learned: NEVER Park next to the ENTRANCE/EXIT door of a store.
Lesson 2 Learned: NEVER work on a weekend specially if it's a 3 day weekend..

Question: Can I carefully tap back the dents back out with a rubber mallet or am I to stare at those dents everyday (for a LONG time) until I get a new door? Nagging, teasing, mocking my stupid mistake.

You need to use german style parking... ;-)
Some dents are easy to fix with no paint job need...

 

how big are they?

 

about line the length of a quarter, plus minus a 1/4" (sorry, don't know metric) about a foot and a half triangle pattern. (same guy, 3 hits?)

just enough to make you say OUCH!

not to mention the two very visible ones on each door when I bought it.

Now, I'm scared to wash it. The polish might make it show even more. It's a sad day. I was so mad, I had to take back roads so I had no choice but to stay slow and stop a lot. Or else I'd probably have my car wrecked or impounded.

 

a paintless dent removal guy could take care of it in less than an hr.

i think they usually run $50-75 per panel.

 

I'm trying to do the picture signature deal and it hasn't been working. I'm just getting irritated now.

-nevermind. there it is... it has to be lowercase. silly me.
