Default 16g turbo???

I have a 2001 audi tt 225 awd. Im wanting to upgrade the turbo with a 16g or big 16g from an evo. will i need any extra or additional parts to complete the swap of the two turbos? If so can you list what i will need for the project.

ps. i wanted to go with the big 16g because its a little step up from stock but im not trying to make serious power. I want the most i can get on my stock engine with my chip, and minor bolt ons.

we could do good w/a chip,intercooler,w/m inj, and etc. a bigger turbo even a t3/t4 produces a lot of power

Quite frankly nobody uses Mitsubishi turbos on 1.8T's. GReddy makes a kit, but it's only for FWD MkIV VW's (or FWD TT's) it uses a TD03-19H if I remember. And impressions of the kit weren't very good last I heard.

Anyway, since you have a 225 you already have the bigger K04 meaning you have no place to go other than bolt ons or a big turbo setup. So unless you wanna stick with bolt on gains, you'll need a new mani etc.

That is smaller than the ko4-20/22/23 turbos used in the 225. As for the mitsu 16g, there isnt a manifold or dp made to use that setup. Its easier and more powerful to go with a standerd t3, t3t4, or gt turbo setup from garrett. You can get a excatly the power level you want and save yourself tons of work.

BTW, TT stands for Tourist Trophy...... NOT TWIN TURBO!!! You only have ONE turbo
