Once the nominations are in (nominations END midnight, 25Dec2006) I'll be posting a POLL, for everyone to vote their conscience. On 31Dec06, at Midnight, the polling will end. Sometime during the 1st week 2007 I'll post up the WINNERS. Some have volunteered to "sponsor" a particular category, and provide a "trophy" of THEIR choosing, to be sent to the winner (of whatever category THEY chose to sponsor. DUH! Don't be slow, as my Niece would say.).

You are, of course, welcome to nominate as many, or as few people, as you like, in as many, or a few categories as you like.
This is ALL done in good fun, so feel free to have tons of fun at someone else's expense.
Although SOME are willing to provide (cheap, chintzy) gifts to the winners, the REAL reward will be the notoriety and adulation of your fellow AF-ers.

***Also, AGAIN this year, we'll be having the KOTH (King Of The Hill) posting contest to see which of the N.Y.E. losers can post CLOSEST to midnight, without going OVER, and claim KOTH for 2007. I'm not sure if last years winner plans to defend his crown, or not. Gud luk!***

How do you do the KOTH with different time zones?

 

FTR, the K/QOTH contest is won or lost accordint to when midnight hits for YOUR time zone. As Midnight rolls westward from the Int'l Date Line minutes and seconds CLOSEST to midnight in YOUR time zone will determine teh winner. The odds of a tie are infitessimally small, so we'll deal the the prospect of co-winners if/when it happens.
