Is there a reason I am having trouble finding a lot of posts about the 3.2l? I have an 04 3.2 quattro, and it seems that just about every post is about the 180 and the 225? no love for the 250? I believe (and correct me if i'm wrong) that the 180 and 225 are both turbo, and the 250 is N/A, so the info wouldn't be the same between the three? For example, i just went through the sticky FAQs, and seems to be only info for the 180 and 225? Is there somewhere else I should be looking, or is it just that no one cares about the 250? or can info for the 225 be applied to the 250s? sorry for ignorance, only had the car about a week, and been looking around here for a few days..
TT forum UK has tons of info on the 3.2. Also try the R32 forum same engine. The 3.2 has a couple of really cheap things you can do to it (as in free). #1 do the flapper mod on the stock exhaust adds about 10 hp, then "wak box" the stock air box. The sound of both together with that V6 makes it sound like a porsche! You'll love it.

any suggestions on brands? I think i saw an Injen CAI, anything that makes like vw/audi performance parts that are better to go with? Also, any idea where i can start looking to find that mod to keep the exhaust open all the time? Again, thanks for all your help! I'll also check out audiworld and vwvortex too, thanks themysteryman & elitte

Look here: tt-forum.co.uk for the flapper mod and the wak box mod. Tons of stuff on the 3.2.

look here: forums.vwvortex.com under R32 as well.

Cheers!

HPA makes some NA parts also. THey have a intake manifold for those looking to keep it NA. Its kind of expensive but NA power in the end cost more/hp than FI. Also, before you ask, the R32 supercharger kits dont fit on the TT.
