adjusting idle

is the only way to adjust the rpm w/ecu?

yes.. through lemminwinks or unitronic software i believe.

From what i heard is that lemmi can only move it 200rpms or so, but the dealer should be able to increase it more if need be

Ray (rayveedub) just increased mine by 250.. i think I remember him calling it unitronic software or something like that. maybe he'll read this and chime in.

I was able to do it through vag-com. Engine,Basic setting, channel 1, value 128 is normal idle @ 760rpm iirc. 1value moves in 10rpm increments. Good way to get rid of the shudder from the low idle. Someone please correct me if i'm wrong.

Your right, its a good way to get rid of vibrations from clutches and stiffer mounts

off the audi subjuct this a RICER ques.
my friend has a 98 integra is anyone on here no if the only way to adjust the idle is with the ecu ?

You can adjust a b-series engine manually, but i dont know how, just seen it done from a distance.
