It was nice for them to do that...they said audi would charge me outrageously just to wipe the code and they said they would do it free of charge. I think a big part of it is that they have done most of the work to my car since day one and know ill be back especially when i do the bt.

As far as loose wires...just got off the phone with the shop just as they were closing and the guy said that typically they don't "appear" loose. There should be a plasic clip that you can easily disconnect and i guess although it appears tight it can wear over time, with heat and humidity. Typical of plastic parts i guess.

I removed tunnel, removed glovebox, removed airbag module, removed both yellow connectors under both seat, plugged them back in, plugged module back in, turned key on, still wont let me clear codes. HELP?

Look for a shop with a Snap-On Moduis. It's a scan/diag tool. They can turn it off. Or try disconnecting the battery for 20 minutes.

I have vag-com and it wont clear. Why would snap on clear it or disconnecting battery for 20 mins clear it?

My airbag light came on today as well. I had pushed my seat forward to clean out behind it, and now this crap! I tried unplugging everything, turning the key back and forth 20 times in the airbag switch....no luck.
