Airbag light came on - I have 2004 225 coupe. I recall that there are issues with underseat connectors. Can anyone help me trouble shoot and or reset?

 

My airbag light was on when I first bought my 02 225 5 years ago and it turned out to be the horns actually. Not that thats your issue but before I found out it was my horns I had the shop that did my software and some other things check into it and they said they "shut it off" and its never been on since. They also mentioned the seat thing and said that most of the time its from moving the seat back and forth but it can work both ways...maybe try moving the seat a few times with the battery disconnected then try it?

 

I did disconnect the battery, move the seats all around etc. Light is still on.

I think I will invest in a code reader that can also read and reset airbag lights.

Need advice please on which reader to go get.
