The job is time consuming and a pita however the fill and paint is the easiest part of the job. You are talking 3 holes the size of a pin head on each headlight.

Its very easy. The hardest part is removing the bumper. You can get the bondo in a tube that takes no effort to set, then sand it smooth. Painting all you have to do is lay it flat and go a few inches past the part before you return back. Start with a light coat and then add 1-2 more heavier coats. will take a couple hours but is about a 2 on a scale of 1-5 in difficulty.

You are just painting the black plastic part of the light. Everything comes off of it so you dont have to tape it up or anything, just spray it. You paint it the color you want. Napa i believe will put your color code in a spraycan for you if you want a color match

You don't have to. Just patch the small mounting holes, and you could even use matching touch up paint to cover up the filler. The time consuming part is the bumper cover, and heating/baking the lights to get them open. Funny to see your headlights in the oven.

It's really easy. I did mine myself & even painted them you just have to make sure to don't wet them too much because it runs real easy.

i didnt even fill the holes they are so small you have to get so close to see them...its not worth the whole bondo thing...i bought the sand-able bondo and all that jazz and didnt even use it...i went to napa and got some nice primer and black paint really nice stuff....ya let them dry a little between coats to help avoid runs..def one of the best exterior mods you can do. the oem color of the housing is so dull and it doesnt bring out the 3D effect like painting them does...if i ws local i would do it for ya. if you got another car to drive you can send them to me and i will handle it for you

yeah this stuff is pretty easy. I did it twice on my tiburon with 2 sep sets of head lights. Just give yourself a full day to do it and take your time....

Well thanks for the offer, but I am going to try to tackle it myself. Scary though. So painting them looks good, or would you all just leave the holes? I think I will paint them. I just really dont trust myself. Is there a DIY on this? Ill check..
