WTF? how did that happen? I first thought vandalism but there's paint buckets sitting right there not to mention a tarp lol.

LOL, start with a shop vac while you pull ALL the interior and start soaking the plastic parts. That's scary!

lol! i would guess they had that stuff in their passenger seat and got in an accident or something and it went all over the place.

i would say it was vandalized, the buckets were left there, and then the owner put the tarp down on the seat afterwords so he could still drive it...?

looks like there's paint underneath the sheet/tarp

Would be damn near impossible to get that much paint into the cluster from the pass seat accidentally. You can barely see the cluster from the pass seat.

what are those pipe things in the passenger seat area? looks like pbc pipe kinda... or maybe rope?

i honestly think if i knew this person... i would take him out on a boat and accidently push him overboard then leave his sorry a$$ there to swim to the nearest shark.
