It should plug in to the jumble of wires that are above the coil packs. I found mine to be unplugged the other day but I dont know WTF it is. Anybody?

 

look on the head where the tab with the engine code is stamped on it. If you look about an inch below that by the timing belt cover there should be a plug there. i didnt pull it out but looks like the one shown

Sorry it took so long, i couldnt find the usb adapter for my sandisk card. the line comes out of the fuel rail and next to the timing belt cover

Oh well mine plugged in somewhere totally different. Prob cause i have the 225. But it plugged in right on top of my coil packs. Dont know how long it was unplugged for. Thought thats why my car idled so crappy. But that didnt change.

 

Ok, i think its sends the rpm signal, im sure im wrong, but thats just my guess
