I need advice from all you Audi TT owners. I currently have a 05 Mini Cooper S (this car sucks by the way, more problems and bulls*** than you can imagine) anyway my four years are almost up and theres no way im keeping the mini. I want to trade the mini in for a 03-05 Audi TT. What kind of common problems do most TT's have? I heard the water pump and the timing belt needs to be changed at 60k miles. What do all you TT owners think of the car? Im looking forward to driving a real, 100% german car again.

 

love the car... of course its only my second car, first was a 740iL so you cant compare, but when all is said and done, my only problem in the year i had it was a crankshaft sensor and i dont even think its a common problem

 

Read the stickies and first few pages of the forum. Its all covered over and over again.

Now that's a chick car!! J/K...If you get a roadster, prepare yourself for the chick car comments...ugh!! Thats my biggest problem as of right now!!! Other than that, I like it.

tell all those guys that are calling your car a chick car this...

LMAO!!! I like to tell 'em to F*** off!!! LOL!! Actually, most of my guy friends like it, one of the guys I work with needed a ride home...and I stepped on it when we took the on ramp for the highway...and he was like, WHOA!!!! LOL!!! I said, "Chick car my ***!!" He agreed!!!![&:]

 

^^ haha like i said, just remind them that they not only looked, but commented and its going to sound childish but jealousy is a factor...

 

One question tho...are our cars, the coupe/roadster the same length??? Im too lazy to look it up.
