Have a 2004 Audi TT 1.8. The under belly guard came off on an interstate and got destroyed. Need one soon. Also, the concert radio is in SAFE mode and I am unable to get it out of that mode. Tried everything by the book and nothing works. Help.

 

If the code on the radio doesn't work then you need to take it to a volkswagen or audi dealership and ask them for the code. As for the underbelly guard you can either find a new one or just leave it off. Won't hurt anything.

 

I was told that you need to buy these 2 keys to take out the radio and get the serial number from the back of the radio then the vin number on the car and call the dealership and they will give you the code on the phone.

 

I am having a issue with the dash where you have the time and the milage screen. Well in the center where it says oil, temp, ect... i think is going out cuz i can see all of it in the center only. How do i fix that? Also i figured out how to change the date and time but how do you change from kiliwatts to miles?

 

The dash pod going out is a common problem, sadly. You can get it repaired from services on ebay (link), but you'll have to remove the unit yourself.

I've got my owner's manual in my TT, I'll see if I can get the instructions on changing this. As I recall, it was controlled by the buttons on the end of the wiper stalk. It will cycle through the various display modes.
