be sure to drive aggressively so your chip will adapt for max potential
Your car has new maps, you really dont have to drive any certain way to have it addapt since its written into the ecu.
i was told from the apr guy who flashed my ecu, i believe it would be the same for any of the big three

It's prolly similar to when you drive you car stock. If you push her and do it consistently the ECU will adapt to the increase need in fuel and air.
I believe it's the same with a flash. I'll let you know this evening after getting it done!

<- Not tears of joy/happiness!!

Dood couldn't flash my car, said something about "failure no response, terminating installation" [>:]
He pulled my ECU (after I told him where it was) and was going to bench flash it, but he didn't have the correct size plug!
Then he tried to flash the stock file, this was a no go.

A friend of mine that I was just talking to; apparently had the same problem with his b7 A4.
He told me all he had to do was take it to the dealer to get reflashed, because he had a bad initial stock program...
Apparently it was a TSB... I highly doubt I'll be that lucky with my 7 year old TT!

Another update: Just got off the phone with AWEtuning!
Told them about my problem and John assured me of his confidence in being able to flash my car.
So once again there's hope!! Made an appointment for this Thursday at noon.
*crosses fingers*
