I have been looking to replace the side skirts for some time but the price is madness; costs nearly the same as a bumper.

Well the one I have seen is the SRS-TEC Audi TT Side skirt set A1





But it costs $599, was looking for something around $300-$400.

Again can't find any cheaper than $629.

 

I don't really like any of the sideskirts.

But if you have an aftermarket front bumper you kind of need them. It looks odd with a low front and 4x4 sides.

I'd say the selection definitely depends on your front bumper choice, as some flow better than others.

Aren't they the only ones on the market?

And as for side skirts, Votex gets my vote. It's just an extension of the OEM skirts, doesn't get much cleaner than that.

 

I went with the Rieger V2 RS4 style side skirts in the end.
