Does anybody know anybody in Dallas, TX that can put a Grill Bumper on and paint? I'm on a budget!

 

you can put the grille in yourself, assuming you're at least somewhat mechanically inclined. If its stock, what are you painting? If its aftermarket, and its gotta be painted, good luck. It seems painting, and tight budget don't go well together.
