it would depend on the detail of the rims, and i can't and wont be able to tell unless i had a close up of the damage. But the rims maybe 19" im not sure if the car is lowered or not so i can't realy determine. I wouldn't even buy the car if you didn't even know how high it sits lol. What else is the "seller" not telling you about the condition of the car, that you havn't asked him about thus far?
Better be carefull on how you spend your money, make sure everything is legit first. Bump! looks like a great care, welcome to the forums!

Scratches on the rims should be a minor issue when looking to buy a used car of any type.
No way to see from picture what size rims are. If previous owner "hit a curb" hard enough to bend the rim, chances are it's best to replace it. Deep scratches are usually there to stay.

the owners of this car has two other cars (porsche), i test drove it, it was driving good, there was a slight squeking sound on the back everytime i brake, im thinking its the brakes. it looks like its in very good condition besides SHE said that it still has a warranty on it. btw, it has 35000 miles on it and has 2004 upgrades. im not sure what the 2004 upgrades are. she also mentioned that it has a chip on it that makes the car have 265 hp instead of the 210 or 225 hp.

Find out what "2004 updates" it has, and what brand of chip it has.

Both sound like BS to me.

The rims look like 19's to me, there is a little less rubber than I see on my 18's.

A boost gauge is ALWAYS a good idea and should be one of the first things done. Slap a gauge in there. Is it a 225 or 180?
