Default Buying wheels need some insight

So I don't have much money to spend and I was wondering if these would be an ok wheel for the money http://www.wheelfire.com/scontent/Wh..._2&SKU=733 there like $548 with just the wheels and lugs ect. I've never shopped for wheels but, correct me if i'm wrong..The more expensive a wheel is the less weight it's going to be?

Correction:

The lightest wheels are usually expensive.
Just because they cost a lot does not mean they are light.

Chromed wheels are also expensive... Also very heavy. (Also a bad idea)

Those are pretty nice looking wheels.

I'd shop around a little. There are hundreds of nicewheels right around that price range (under $150 each).

hey, for tires, would you guys recommend a 225 or 235 width, and a 35, 40, or 45sidewall? what if they were 19s?
