I should have slight HP gain and a little more torque loss. Overall it'll be a loss until I get a higher flow head, I.M. TB, and turbo correct?

I'm doing the Internal and External hard parts with the assistance of a tuner friend. However, he is more familliar with supras, 300zx, and honda engines. Anywhere I can get some good 1.8t tutorials for internal upgrade theory and mechanical specs and institutional knowledge?

everything listed will not give any gains (very minimum at best) until the turbo is increased.

Hmm... hopefully one of the tech's can chime in with the answer on which camshaft set would best suit this application.

Yes we have hydrolic lifters those are the ones that you are going to want to get. The Cat Cams are what most and I say most 1.8T engine builders go with. Heres a good site to find out more info. If you have VVT or not and the part numbers the lift, etc...
