Hey. I'm new to tuning TT's. I have an alpine white 02, and I was wondering if anyone knows of a good brand for a vented carbon fiber hood.

 

none are vented and there is only one hood i know of... ViS

 

The stock hood is aluminum and the weight diff is all of about 5lbs. Hope you want it just for looks. Also there really isnt a need for it to be vented either except again, looks

 

Thank you theTTkid. ViS is the only one I could find too. Also, thank you cincyTT. I appreciate your input. I'm not ignorant about cars or the weight of parts. I am looking for a particular look or style. Something different.

yes there is a ViS carbon fiber hood
no it is not vented nor is there a vented hood for a TT unless custom
and only gain from CF is really looks/asthetics.
