Default CEL Reset?

I had a CEL couple days ago and I was lucky enough to spot the problem in time and cured it.
However, the CEL is still on and I was wondering if I can reset the code.

I know I can un-plug the battery to reset everything back to default
But is it gonna to clear my radio code or my ECU mapping??

If you fixed the problem, it automatically clears if the same code is not tripped within like 75 engine starts or some x amount of miles. Just give it a week and it'll go away.

Or, in the future, just disconnect your battery for about 5 minutes. Hold the brake pedal for about 5 seconds to make sure all power is out of the system, and your CEL will be gone.

Ah. missed that. My bad. Although, kind of shady to not want to reset the radio...you'll have to enter the security code eventually...

Find a used liquidTT. Ive used mine about 20 or 30 times to clear codes. more than worth it.
