i always thought a 5 speed was better than a 6 in a drag for comparable cars of course.

Around 2.5k works good for me. More and i just get wheel spin

ive tried various RPMs to launch, around 5k works the best for me... any feedback from you quattro's?

well the quattro can take about any rpm i noticed from experience.

All you'll get is a chirp, and then the car just GOES!

but if you launch at 5k+ you are already out of the power and 1st is kinda useless.
