Clutch Pedal went to the floor as I shifted into 6th
I was heading down the highway and as I shifted into 6th gear the clutch pedal went to the floor and would not come up.
I had no clutch!
I had to dry shift down to 2nd, then make a u-turn on the highway. I was able to get home shifting without the clutch and without having to stop.
When I got home and stopped it killed the engine of course.
Where do I start to try to figure out what happened?
All help is welcomed. Thanks!

Thanks for overwhelming me with help, LOL
Been searching the Internet and reading a lot. It could be a lot of things.
I did not know it was hydraulic?
You get one thing fixed then something else breaks!
I have been reading and learning from this site for a while. This is the first time I asked for help....

I looked at it as best I could. When I push the pedal I can see the rod moving as it goes through the firewall, but there is really no resistance.
Shouldn't the spring push the pedal back up, or is it the hydraulic pressure that keeps the pedal up?
Where do I check for the fluid?
