Default Clutch upgrade for the 225

Thinking I want to upgrade in the next 2 weeks or so..

My TT (225):
revo stage 2, 42DD HFC, milltek exhaust, forge splitter, modshack intake + more suspension

Probably going to go with Clutchmasters stage 3 w/o the lightened flywheel.

Any recommendations?

CM stage 3 vs stage 4?

a local shop is recommending autotech...?
how about southbend?
