$999 shipped? and are you FWD or Quattro?
I purchased my koni's from them took em a while to ship but all came in a reasonable time.
Are you doing the install yourself or taking it to a shop? I have had mine sitting in the box for about a month. I just cant find the time.
good luck.

I have H&R coilovers and they are a very aggressive drop. I am not running spacers but my wheels are nicely tucked under the wells. Probably looking at a 1.8-2 drop.

My alignment isn't completely on par but it is not bad either...some adjustments are slightly out of spec. I need to throw on a kmac kit but haven't gotten around t it. I put less than 2200 miles on my car since May so haven't really thought about it. I STILL haven't gotten around to installing my water/meth kit.....and who knows how long it will take me to install the LiquidTT when it gets here.

so what do the coilover kits actually do for the vehicle? they drop it? how does it affect driving? take corners better?

They lower the car and give the vehicle better handling. Coilovers are adjustable per corner unlike springs that are a set drop. This gives the owner control and allows them to set the car up for the specific application.
