Exclamation Crankcase vent hose

I recently swaped my engine because of pistons hitting my head and had to swap to a 2004 jetta 1.8t engine and I broke one of the plastic hoses its the crankcase oil vent hose and it goes from my oil filter housing into the valve and I was wondering if anyone knew if could just replace it with something other than the factory piece I've seen a lot of aftermarket ones but they look nothing like the original one help is very appreciated thank you.

The plastic hoses are for the secondary air injection. You can just get a larger rubber hose to connect the broken area.
