here in Florida i think you cant go under 30 percent tint up on front side windows..the rest are 15.....and the headlights would have been ok cause the lights would appear yellow..down here you cant have red or blue cause that is cop colors,and your right.....they are more relaxed here but i still hate when they put on their lights and sirens to go through red lights then turn them off when they are by.Do as i say not as i do.

Carpool tickets prices vary.. Depending on the hour of the day you got the ticket. About 4 years ago (roughly), I was on the 605s, was driving and thinking at the sametime (hahaha can't multi task). But I accidently ventured into carpool lane during semi traffic hours. The sign says carpool violation is a MINIMUM of $275. But i got hit for a $680 something dollar ticket. DUring the same week I was driving on the 10 freeway. Was going downhill in semi traffic aswell.. Felt like being speed racer. I was doing about 95mph cutting in n out of traffic.. Boom Highway Patrol (motorcycle), comes zooming up n gets me.. Gives me a ticket for speeding and unsafe lane change. Ignored the fact that my windows were tinted etc. On that one I got hit for another $500 something.. Law enforcement in Cali is weird. Some will get you most won't. So GL on the carpool violation.

Get a bike, you can ride in the carpool lane and go through slow moving traffic in between the lanes legaly.
