does anybody have a shifter linkage diagram for a 2000 tt fwd? 180hp 5sp....im trying to figure out what a certain part is in the linkage that needs to be replaced. its up near the transmission, its a white plastic guide. that has two groves in it that seem to ride on a curved piece of metal...anyways this piece has broken (from what it looks like) and is jamming up the shift movements when i try to put it in reverse...
so if anyone has a diagram they could either email me or paste on here so i can get a part number or at least the name of what this thing is called that'd be great!
