Thumbs up Do more with my liquid tt

So, I love my liquid tt so far. Functions are realy cool. I'm just thinking that (if possible) I want more. Certain things you can do with vag, you should be able to do with the liquid. Such as, reseting the headlights, setting the Extra bass on the Bose stereo,(all those little tricks that we've heard about). I would love to be able to take advantage of this already cool tool.

That kind of stuff is long way off for the LTT. The whole point of it was to watch engine performance so i doubt they will spend the time making it a vagcom. If you wanted that stuff, you should of got a ross-tech cable instead.

What other cool stuff can you do with vag or a Ross tech cable?
And congrats on 16,000 posts

ross-tech is a real vagcom cable. You can adjust headlights, change auto locks, what your key does, just tons of stuff. You should spend some time on their website (ross-tech.com) and you can see all the stuff you can do and how to do it. Its basically information overload on their site.

I want the auto on/ auto off backlit feature. That would be a huge upgrade IMO.

I would like the liquid tt to automatically turn on and off when the car is on. Such as when the rpm's are above 400rpm, it turns on or when rpm's are 0 it turns off. Therefore, I no longer need to turn it on and off myself.

I want to be able to see 2 gages at once. Like boost/oil temp.
Plus update the boost gage so it shows negative boost. Like a real gage
Also Get an Oil pressure feature please!!!!

Agreed VAG com rocks and there is so much that you can do with it compared to the LTT. I do like my liquid but it is NOT a replacement for VAG but it is a nice handy and cool looking tool. The fact that it is a multi-gauge is the biggest factor for me. I can have tons of gauges and not eat up another vent. I am down to two now, LOL! Guys over a Ross-tech are top notch. When I ordered my cable they found they did not have the more common one in stock adn upgraded me for free to the more expensive cable to meet the delivery date. Now that's good customer service in my book!

As the kid suggested, an auto on/off feature would be awesome and a very welcome addition.
