Im very close to buying a 2000 180 Quattro TT I have always wanted to race I sell New Porsche's and have driven just about everything. I have a few clients that have Track 911's Cayman's etc... With the AWD will this be advantage or disadvantage with this car. It has always been a dream to race. I am sure that there are Audi Driving Clubs and so on. Please advse.

if you get it for ten grand then throw five into the motor ,suspension ,haldex upgrade, wheels and turbo kit , front mount intercooler, exhaust.etc then you'll have a pretty fast car the allwheel drive is great for handeling and gripping the road hope this helps by the way the engine isnt too bad to mod either.
