Default DV Choices

Alright, well my DV has been shot since i bought my TT a couple weeks ago.

I'm not sure what I want to buy really, I know I want a forge product, but not sure which one.

I'm between the 007, and the Splitter primarily.

I've heard the 004 bov is alright alot of the time also.

What should I do?

um, if you want the noise or not narrows it down. The 007p is super reliableand it adjustable with springs/shims, which takes all of a minute. the splitter is easily adjusted my clicking about the top, and can be a full dv i think by blocking the bov portion. if it wasnt more than the 007p, I would probally try that just because its even easier to adjust, and I dont want my car making any more noise than it does :-)

i know thats whats making it hard!!

i want noise, but i really dont want to pay like 170 if i dont have to ya know?

i'm thinking maybe the 007 and a cone filter would be fine. but i would like the adjustablility of the splitter.

How do you know your DV has been shot since you bought the car?
Granted I didn't hear it being driven, but I'm curious as to why you think that.

you can hear it, like, definately can hear it. when it starts hitting a little higher boost you can hear the DV leaking pretty bad. The dv starts making a sound sort of like it would when you let off the throttle, but it's constant through boost until i actually let off the throttle where it then fully dumps like it should.
